3. Human Resources Workshop/Special Meeting Re: Job Descriptions
   Minutes: Mr. Lynch stated that the person who will ultimately be the Chief Personnel Officer should be involved in the hiring of the positions that are recommended for approval today.
   
   Dr. Robinson questioned the qualifications for the Director of Recruitment and Retention and suggested this position include performance pay.
   
   Mrs. Burdick asked Ms. Craig to share her suggestions regarding performance pay within this department.
   
   Dr. Robinson requested specific accountability measures be outlined before anyone is hired.
   
   Dr. Benaim stressed the importance of the Board approving the recommendations of the consultant that was hired to perform this evaluation.
